Wellbeing Websites

A Website for your practice by Heartfelt Tech can engage audiences and help educate and communicate in your authentic style.

Crafting a Great Website for Your Wellbeing Practice

I'm Sarah and my wellbeing tech & design business is called Heartfelt Tech.

I build and maintain websites for psychologists, counsellors, massage therapists and other wellbeing practitioners.

There are several reasons for a wellbeing website – attracting new clients, basic contact info, validation that you're a real business, educating people about the things you do, and expressing your personality to help people see that you're a good match for their needs.

You want to reach out in a way that's personal, that shows rather than tells who you are and how you can help. A way that invites people to look after their mental and physical wellbeing in a way they might not have done before.

Working With Me Is Like…

  • A Personal Experience – in person or via video call
  • Being Heard – a bit like a counselling session, I ask a lot of exploratory questions, and I do a lot of listening
  • Helpful – I can help "fill in the gaps" in your messaging and recommend approaches for you
  • Ongoing – We'll discuss how you want to keep your site up to date – how much DIY and how much I should "just take care of it".

I can also help with…

Heartfelt Tech goes deeper than websites: I basically live at the intersection of IT and Technical Design, meaning I can also help with:

  • Business Cards
  • Brochures / Catalogues
  • Support for practice management software
  • Custom apps or integration between software tools you use
  • and more – I love being able to say "yep I can take care of that for you".

Sarah has a wealth of knowledge about how to create just the right website that complements well being businesses.

With her down to earth and professional manner, Sarah crafted my site Purple Healing Counselling Services. A site that brings the majority of my clients to my practice-with its clear attention to detail, and use of what was important for me to say to potential clients in a welcoming informative way!

Sarah is professional prompt and helpful with requests. As a private practitioner she demonstrates an eagerness to meet my individual requirements in a multitude of areas. I do have demands that are at times outside the box (eg building training frameworks) and she always meets my requirements with enthusiasm and skill.
